My first job in environmental graphics was an incredible opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented designers, fabricators, and construction management experts in the world as part of the opening team for Universal’s Islands of Adventure. We were tasked with expanding the footprint of themed entertainment in Central Florida, and Seuss Landing was one of the most challenging yet rewarding projects. Bringing the whimsical and physics-defying style of Theodore Geisel’s imaginative worlds to life required immense creativity and precision. The sculpted foam signage we designed and fabricated was a key element in capturing the essence of Dr. Seuss, transforming his fantastical drawings into tangible, immersive experiences for guests of all ages to enjoy.
