Millennium Celebration - Walt Disney World
I served as the design lead for the park-wide environmental signage system created for Walt Disney World’s Millennium Celebration, a resort-wide initiative spanning all four theme parks, resorts, and global destinations. The work required the creation of multiple, interconnected signage systems, each tailored to distinct environments yet unified under a single visual language, supported by guest-flow analysis, wayfinding strategy, and operational constraints at unprecedented scale. I developed design intent packages, presented concepts to senior leadership, collaborated with internal teams and external sponsors, and coordinated fabrication and installation across the resort. At its peak, this work was deployed simultaneously across Disney parks worldwide, an experience that reinforced my approach to signage as a system of storytelling, navigation, and infrastructure, designed to perform reliably in the most demanding public environments.
